AMPD Power Flow is the newest fitness format that will give you a workout experience like never before. This program, created by Kettlebell AMPD, fuses together kettlebells, resistance bands, and yoga inspired movements. AMPD Power Flow delivers a calorie burning low impact workout that will help you gain strength, balance, and flexibility, all while moving to fun, flowy music.

Accessible to everyone and all fitness levels, AMPD Power Flow will deliver a total body workout while joining together two worlds -- yoga and fitness. Get ready to get strong, stable, and stretchy with this unique yoga inspired program. Balance - mind, body, flow!

Amy Moreland

Amy is the Creator of AMPD Power Flow, Head Master Trainer and Gym Owner, as well as the owner of You Rock Fitness, LLC (parent company of AMPD Power Flow), and also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is AFAA, ACE, and NETA certified, a SCW Presenter and Sponsor, and a CanfitPro (Canada Certified) Presenter.

While the Creator of AMPD Power Flow, Amy is much more than just simply an instructor of this workout. Her passion for teaching in all formats and focus on fun, exciting workouts, keeps her well-centered in the fitness world. Amy created AMPD Power Flow to bring a great training tool, the kettlebell, into group fitness settings for anybody, anywhere. She, like you, uses AMPD Power Flow as a program that allows people of all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of kettlebell training with the energy of heart-pumping music.

Amy and her husband, Tadd, have two beautiful daughters — Ashley and Abby. She enjoys spending her down time shopping and spending quality time with her family.

Instructor Trainings

Become a AMPD Power Flow certified Instructor through this hands on training course designed to provide all the tools needed to bring one of the newest programs to your facility. Focus on form, technique, safety, and presentation. Experience an introduction to kettlebells, bands, and yoga moves - including the history, benefits, and a basic understanding and application of physiology, biomechanics, and anatomy principles. Learn musical phrasing, choreography, and cueing. This course includes: a AMPD Power Flow Training Manual, resistance band, Certificate of Completion, Continuing Education Credits (SCW, AFAA and ACE), and an exclusive opportunity to join the AMPD Power Flow Crew, along with discounted merchandise and equipment.
